Standard Options

The standard options are predefined features that modify a standard burner structure in a planned manner. Each option has its own item number and makes the burner item number optional meaning that a letter T will appear at the end of burner item number. The most common options are explained below:

Extended combustion head

Longer combustion head for boilers where the standard combustion head is too short

Extension plate

Spacer used between the combustion head and the boiler when the combustion head is too long for the boiler

Continuous operation

Equipment required for operating the burner continuously without breaks

Variable speed drive

Controller that allows burner automation to adjust fan speed dynamically based on the required capacity

Ignition gas piping

Pipework that supplies gas to the ignition burner

Deaerator for light fuel oil

Device that removes air and gas bubbles both from supply oil and recirculated oil

LPG gas nozzle

Nozzles for firing liquefied petroleum gas

Flue gas recirculation (FGR)

The use of flue gas from the combustion process and recirculating it back through the burner and boiler

Gas pressure gauge

Gauge for checking ignition gas pressure

Fan pressure gauge

Gauge for measuring the pressure generated by the fan

Pressure gauge for oil inlet pressure

Pressure gauge for oil supply

Oil pressure switch (nozzle and return)

Minimum pressure switch (nozzle) or maximum pressure switch (return). If a pressure limit is reached, the burner will stop.

Oil pressure transmitter (nozzle and return)

Transmitter for the minimum or maximum pressure switch

Oil temperature transmitter (nozzle)

Transmitter for monitoring that the oil reaches a sufficient atomizing temperature. Used with heavy fuel oil. Stops the burner if the temperature is insufficient.

Gas pressure switch, max.

A safety component that prevents the CO concentration from reaching hazardous levels. Stops the burner if the gas pressure is too high.

220/380 V, 60 Hz

The necessary components for using the burner with a different voltage level

60 Hz frequency

Fan wheel and air cone for 60 Hz operation

O2 WDx00i

Power source for an O2 module, for use in a control cabinet integrated in the burner

Load control (RWF)

Capacity controller for WD600i burners

Heating cartridges

Heating cartridges reduce the viscosity of heavy fuel oil, allowing the oil to flow through narrow sections in the pipework and into the burner’s oil heating circuit.

Gas nozzle option

Gas nozzle configuration for various uses
