The Oilon Device Portal provides users with direct access to the spare parts relevant to their installed equipment. The system is tightly integrated with Oilon’s business management system and the Oilon Webshop, ensuring that all spare‑part information is always up‑to‑date and consistent across platforms.

Within the Oilon Device Portal, spare parts are automatically filtered based on their availability in the Oilon Webshop which means that if a spare part is listed in the EU and US Webshop, it will also appear inside the Device Portal for the corresponding device. Spare parts discount are managed and provided by the spare part team in Lahti and Thomasville.

For China-based spare‑part sales, the process is handled differently. When a user clicks on a spare‑part item number that is not sold through the Webshop, the system displays the appropriate local contact form, enabling customers in China to order parts directly through the Oilon spare part team in China.
