Contacting support¶
Note
When submitting a bug report or other issue, include the software version in your message.
To contact support or send feedback:
Click on the menu button on the upper left corner.
Press Contact Oilon.
Adding attachments¶
Attachments can be crucial for understanding and fixing problems, and are especially valuable when submitting bug reports. Include everything relevant relating to your problem, such as screen captures of the error or the OST file that caused the error.
To add an attachment, press the Upload button and select the file you want to attach.
Once uploaded, you can view or remove the attachments before sending the message.
Getting a reply¶
All messages sent via the feedback system will be read and answered. You will receive an answer to the email address associated with your license.
Bug reporting and troubleshooting¶
In case you run into any errors or possible bugs in Oilon Selection Tool or any of our cloud services, please send us a BUG_REPORT using the contact form described above.
Please include any related documents and images as attachments. We will contact you about your problem or report as soon as possible.

If you have any feedback, ideas, or suggestions concerning Oilon Selection Tool or any of our cloud services, please send us a FEATURE_REQUEST. Your feedback is very valuable to us and we would like to hear your honest thoughts, both positive and negative.
