I’m trying to log in but I don’t know where the one time code is

When creating an account, you installed an OTP authentication app on your mobile phone. Use the app to create the one-time code.

The OTP authentication app is one of the following:

  • Google Authenticator

  • Microsoft authenticator

  • FreeOTP

The one-time code will not be sent to you via e-mail or SMS.

If you have changed your mobile phone or accidentally deleted your OTP authentication app, please contact us directly by using the support function.

I have lost access to my OTP authentication app and cannot create a one-time code

I’m trying to create an account but it says that my email has been used already

You have probably created an account already. The account details are the same as for OilonONE.

I’m getting an error message about not being authenticated [CODE-401]

You are trying to use a feature that requires you to log in using Oilon Auth but you are not logged in.

Log in using your account, and try again.

I’m getting an error message about not having suitable permissions [CODE-403]

You are probably trying to use a feature that requires additional permissions that you do not have.

Contact your Oilon contact person and ask for the missing permissions. The permissions will be linked to your Oilon Auth account.
